Slow Cooker This & That Pork Chops

These came out pretty good. Ours were thin and the 5 hours was too ling for them to cook so they were a tad dry, so if you have smaller or thinner pork chops I think you can cut the cooking time down. This recipe reminded me of meatloaf with the ketchup on top tasted great and smelled great cooking!

Slow Cooker This & That Pork Chops

4 Pork Chops
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 lemon, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c catsup

Place pork chops in a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with onion and lemon. Sprinkle with brown sugar; drizzle with catsup. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 hours. Makes 4 servings.
